One Hour Run

Today's workout:
  • Warm up 15 minutes: 5 x 50 yard relaxed stride outs. 
  • 3 x 6 min at 7:45 pace w ez between 
  • Reminder steady.
With the following results:
  • 6.73 miles in 56:47
  • 8:26 pace (Splits = 9:06, 8:52, 8:24, 8:34, 7:59, 7:48, 8:19)
And notes:

"Just ran steady instead.  Felt awesome!  No calories or water.  One of my most satisfying runs of the year."
