Day Off Or Swim?

I had a choice today.  I could either do a 2300 swim or take the day completely off.  Honestly, I was completely undecided until the following text conversation from Frank started at 2:09 PM:

• (Frank): Taper swim tonight?
• (Me):  I have the option to swim or take the day off today.  I will be at Wed morn practice for my last swim.  I'll let you call this one as I'm OK either way.
• (Frank):  I say full blown taper, rest today
• (Me):  I love the way you think
• (Frank):  No wine!
• (Me):  Damn you
• (Frank):  You know I am sitting here crying from laughing so hard!

So there you have it, I took today day off, but the trade off was no wine this evening.  Not sure it was worth it.
