I'm Baaaaaack!

Got back yesterday, and just as I suspected, there wasn't really anything to report about.  Classes were held over two days and were all day long.  We covered just about everything associated with the sport of triathlon.  Swimming, biking, running, planning, nutrition, psychology, etc. were all on the syllabus.  The presenters were all level II or III USAT coaches and had very impressive resumes that included a number of high level pros.  The weather wasn't anywhere near the snowy/cold conditions that were called for.  In fact, while it was still cold compared to Phoenix, it was quite pleasant.  While some other participants chose to go for a run outside, however, I still opted for a 40 min treadmill run.  All Earth shattering info, I know, but now that I'm done with the classroom portion, all I need to do now is pass the exam that consists of 75 multiple choice questions, 10 short answer questions, a 3 week training plan for an elite athlete, and a 1 week taper plan for a beginner leading up to his race.
